1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
• Payments may be made via mobile money, bank transfer, card payment, or any approved method on our website.
• Prices listed online or in our promotions may change until payment is completed.
• Group bookings may require additional information or documentation.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations: 

• Cancel 7+ days before the trip → Full Refund
• Cancel 3–6 days before → 50% Refund
• Cancel within 48 hours → No Refund

No-Show: 

• Failure to appear at the meeting point or pickup location is considered a no-show (non-refundable).

AfricTrails Cancellations: 

• If cancelled due to weather, safety, low participation, or operational issues, customers receive a full refund OR free rescheduling.

3. Itinerary Changes

• AfricTrails may modify itineraries due to weather, safety, traffic, or operational requirements.
• Alternatives of equal or better value will be provided where possible.

4. Safety & Participation Guidelines

Health & Fitness: 

• Travelers must disclose medical conditions, allergies, or limitations.
• Some tours require physical fitness.

During the Tour: 

• Follow all instructions from guides.
• Remain with the group unless permitted otherwise.
• Wear appropriate clothing and use safety gear.
• Do not approach wildlife unless guided.

Conduct: 

• AfricTrails may deny participation to anyone intoxicated or behaving dangerously.
• Respect fellow travelers, local communities, and the environment.

Personal Belongings: 

• Travelers are responsible for their items; AfricTrails is not liable for lost or stolen property.

Emergencies: 

• In emergencies, follow guide instructions.
• AfricTrails may cancel or modify trips for safety reasons.

5. Travel Requirements

• Travelers must possess required identification or permits.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Transport & Delays

• Pickup details are communicated before the tour.
• AfricTrails is not responsible for delays due to traffic, third parties, or unforeseen events.
• Tours may begin without late travelers.

7. Media & Photography

• Photos and videos may be taken during tours.
• Participation allows AfricTrails to use media for marketing unless the traveler opts out in writing.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

• Participation is at your own risk.
• AfricTrails will take all reasonable safety measures but cannot eliminate all risks.
• AfricTrails is not liable for:
